I am passionate about making my clients daily life easier through the use of technology. Over the last 20 years I have developed an expertise in online communication, content organization, personal computing workshops, remote computer support and mobile device configuration. As the owner of Jessica’s Help Desk, my mission is to simplify your systems and make your technology work for YOU!
Onsite and remote computer services for residential and small businesses in the White Rock and South Surrey area (remote service is available throughout British Columbia). Services offered include (but are not limited to): software tune-ups, online safety/fraud prevention, malware removal, new device setup, home networking, new/upgrade hardware consultations, backup systems, online security, social media training/marketing, and personalized tutorials.
Support/service for all your home electronics; Desktop PC’s, laptops, iMac’s, and Macbooks. Mobile devices including iPhones, iPads, Samsung tablets, eReaders, cellular phones, GPS systems and voice-activated units (Amazon Echo). Setup and troubleshooting for peripherals/accessories such as multifunction printers, wired/wireless routers, headsets, keyboards, and more.
Operating systems: Apple OS, Apple iOS, Windows XP, Windows ME, Windows 2000, Windows 7, Windows 8/8.1 and Windows 10, and Android. Specialist in Microsoft Office products 2007-2019 and Office 365 including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. Installations, recommendations and tutorials on a wide range of specialty software/programs such as Dragon Naturally Speaking or Quickbooks Accounting.
